        LOA REVOLUTION PROGRAM:
        0. FIX ALL BUGS
        1. ALL ITEMS/HEROES/TOTEMS/MOUNT USED IN PVP and so on has to be available for free in 30 days after release (at release will be not free) in shards for all players until ruby quality and all gold ones for vip members. All the rest of items which only can be available for payment will be for pve ONLY. So you will have 2 sets of configurations one for pvp and one for pve. Every player have to do an check in everyday or after he upgrade for pvp configuration (com, ta, cs and so on).;
        2. ALL RESPAWN have to be maximum 15 sec.
        3. NO MORE DIAMOND PURCHASE FOR INGAME, NO MORE DIAMOND RESPAWNS ;(details later)
        4. REMOVE ALL ANNOYING FEATURES (details later)
        5. ALL DRAWS HAVE TO BE TRANSPARENT (dropping percentage on every item) +fixed drop for 10x draws
        6. ALL EVENTS HAVE TO BE ANNOUNCE 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE and detailed event map before every event (that mean everything from the precious to consuming regaing and so on) and an advice for best recharging/spending for each event
        7. ONE 3X THE PRECIOUS PER MONTH
        8. ONE NEW HERO NAMED GHOST REDSHIFT ;available for everyone with skill named THE TRUTH;
        9. NO MORE UNGODLY IN CS (details later)
        10. BETTER TIMINGS FOR TC, WB and so on (after 30 days from server start players can vote for server time, wb, tc time)

        nr 2, 3 and 9 detailed:
        1. EREBUS:;
        pandora`s box drop from -30 to +50 to 0- +30 (use diamond for double the amount)
        at final draw no more gold and exp drop
        no more extra attempts purchase for diamonds
        2. INFERNO;
        no more 10 sec added to movement cd
        no more extra attepmts purchase for diamonds
        2 extra attempts with no reward (for helping others);
        3. GARDEN:
        no more enslave other players and change that with enslave monsters (those form dark abyss are fine)
        no more diamond refresh
        4. CHANGE THE GEM SYSTEM IN DRAGON SOUL (too similar with gemology)
        5. CROSS SERVER
        categories: under 55, under 70 and open for +70 (with different rewards)
        in settings you can chose if you want to enter an already started match( and better reward if you do so) or not
        added at +25% attack an +25% hit
        maximum 3 kills in row (increase the importance of team play)
        maximum 15 sec respawn and no more diamond respawn
        remove diamond skins and add more free or gold purchase ones
        6. TEAM DUNGEON
        5 extra attempts with no reward
        no more extra attempts purchase for diamonds
        invite friend list after player level
        7. RECRUIT
        every tavern has to be balanced with heroes of all categories (we have no healers in astral tavern and so on)
        no more adv. draw
        8. RAIDERS
        medium drop rate for tess
        9. SKILL CHEST
        the free advance skill chest draw change from one after 24 hours to 1/ day
        10. TEAM ARENA
        categories under 55 under 70 and 70+ with different reward for each categories and players not only after player level (best player lever counts not the team leader)
        11. TWILIGHT CLASH
        changes: 5 min starting cool down to 1 min, 13 min maximum time/match and 1 min between matches (too much waste time for tc)
        reward coresponding to level also
        remove diamond skins
        12. DRILLS
        remove all angel diamond blessings
        change drills to progresive

        like how you are taking the extra junk out that no one really uses any way, would like to add a few max amounts for some of the unmentioned events, like alchemy 1k for real?, elite battle ?, tidal pool ? spire maxed at 10 total attempts (free cards;or not)
        change the progressive amount on zodiac from 100-300 ?;to 100-200 and max at 2;xtra.
        not sure what you meant by #8, but raiders needs a cap on drops to a single shard, say 100, after reach that wont drop anymore of them.
        add DS (gem part);and zodiac to little helper.
        change gear enhance, angel evo and hero upgrades to a real scale system.
        these would also help take the cheating out and take BS luck out. plus speed game up

one other note would be to limit the daily max amounts in group buy by half. 50 is plenty for a vip. and a total of 100 over duaration.

        Here is my opinion...fix the bugs. Stop making everything cost more and more everyday. Until we get some type of compensation for all of this I will not recharge. I am not expecting a ridiculous amount but something is in order and i dont mean some blessed stones and vouchers. All of the prices for events has increased by double in some cases.;

        People will not stay if it costs them twice as much to get a new mount as it did last month. The tycoon points to rank keep going up. THe bugs are out of hand. CS rarely works anymore, inferno freezes, TD kicks you out all the time, little helper only works if you stop and restart it every few minutes or so, the game doesnt want to load anymore since all of the new features were added, there are no buttons to confirm that you want to spend your diamonds instead they are taken by one brush of the touchpad, and when synthing gems the ration is way off. Fix these problems and people will stay. If you continue to ignore all the bugs, ignore emails, and raise prices over and over people will leave and your company will be without money fast.;

        All I want is for the game to be fixed, prices to be lowered back to what they were, fair compensation, good customer service, event rankings to be lowered so that free players have a chance to reach the lowest goals and get better rewards, to know in advance about new features and events,;and new features to not be released until they have been tested properly.

        I am using a Teebik server and it seems to be the most unfair of the lot. Teebik doesnt always respond, they dont offer the same rewards, we rarely know when something is going on, we dont get the same items offered as other game platforms, and our minimum rankings are usually higher.

        I will NOT RECHARGE until something is fixed. Just my thoughts. You asked and I told
