Well, after talking with many members that play League of Angels. I\'m not the only one with issues with the poor Customer Service!!!!!!!
Yes, this is a free game. We appreciate the ability to obtain upgrades free in events by working our butts off. We appreciate free diamonds every month. For the most part we are happy with the game itself. We understand there are glitches and bugs.
However, many spend real life money on this game to get ahead a little bit. I know for a fact that people I know spend a small fortune. I however do not spend that much. So, I know they are making good money on a free game.
So why is it when a problem arises with your game play and you report it to support. Their basic response is. We are sorry, clear your cache or switch browsers. or We will let our developers know of the issue. Basic responses with no resolutions. Yes, from time to time we do get compensated for server wide problems. We appreciate that as well.
However, the issues is. When it comes down to a game one individual is having. (i.e. I know someone that LOA owes 1200 diamonds for a settlement on an event. Nothing has been received. I myself have lost diamonds on an event. I got the standard response.) When it comes to a case to case basis with LOA...we are basically blown off. You are happy to take our money. But when it comes down to real customer service, listening and actually problem solving. Do you guys truly know how that is properly handled?!? NO!;
We as members are very very upset on the level of customer service we are receiving. We hear, \'thank you for your concern, we appreciate your support. or thank you for reporting this, enjoy your game.
What the hell people?! Did you read what I said? How are you going to resolve this issue?! We as members that spend our hard earned money on your game do not want to be blown off! I have many tickets submitted and no case to case basis resolution was made!
WE COME ONLINE TO PLAY THIS GAME AND GET AWAY FROM THE STRESS OF DAILY LIVES. WE OBVIOUSLY LOVE THIS GAME. BUT WE DON\'T ENJOY HAVING OUR ISSUES BLOWN OFF!!!!
The picture attached is a prime example. I was well over the amount needed for Tidal Points for The Precious! I do it twice daily. This was left unanswered, no compensation. THIS WAS IN MAY! 2 MONTHS AGO..NO REPLY.;

        this is just the tip of the iceberg I mean now they tell you to use surport not post onbugs, well surport tickets do not work they just leave you looped and this is also seen in another post, the do not want to hear about it so instead they give us the run around,now how abvout the fact that they can not even do an update with out breaking 1/2 a dozen things and they never compensate fairly or enough, and even old events like gauntlet have become barley playable now and yet they release things like DW which hardly ever works also.and yes the audit post if you say illegal words what ever that means more likely to avoid embarressment of how poorly the company is run.

They tried the whole not recharging thing but the fact is...there are ignorant people out there who will continue to pay them regardless. Most the biggest people that pushed the no recharge issue continued to recharge and just became huge hypocrites. I haven\'t recharged since September of last year and will continue to not do so till the end of time. I agree with everything you saying but in all reality, I do believe we will deal with this forever. I got issues pending from over 6 months ago;...still trying to get them resolved. I can\'t even get an answer that they refuse to fix them. Least they could do is that. @.@

        they arent even making reports any more as far as i can tell 7-10 people in the whole game get there reports filled out right away and compensated rest get will amke a report and then never hear anything bakc and never never get compensated

        Right, they will not address the issues I\'m sure until someone starts boycotting the recharging. But really, how do you get people to stop recharging for awhile?!?! Not just a few but MASSES of people?!

        Matt, I have never heard anyone say they have gotten an individual compensation. I never have. I haven\'t seen a compensation for a case to case basis. Hell 9-10 times out of ten we don\'t see a SERVER wide compensation.
        Have you gotten or heard of someone getting an individual compensation?!
