I am having a hard time recharging at both Worldpay and Paymentwall for about 3 weeks now. ;

        Hello thank you for your help. Not quite sure my ign is but it my login player name on bloodbaroness 11 is XAKUMAX. login email is chrischinjunk@gmail.com

        I have not been able to received my diamonds but no money has been taken out either. ;It been on order submitted for the last 3 weeks. I am a daily player so it has been a bit frustrating not being able to recharge.

        this is starting to piss me off when can I;recharge if you guys don\'t answer or fix it; this is 2 days now and I want to get my recharge reward and buy an angle in the event and you guys are stoping me for doing So; what do you need to fix it

        Dear player,

        If the order is pending for more than 24 hour, you can consider it failed. As for why, please contact the payment provider based on your recharges.

        In case of paypal, you need to ask both paypal and worldpay.

        Worldpay have been the issue. ;This is frustrating as I been an active player and this type of problem is making me not play anymore and I been very active over the year. ;(Top 15 player in the server) ;All other payment options is the same problem. ;I will try to contact Worldpay again but you guys will be losing a paying player if they can\'t get this fix.;

        Thank you again for your help. ;I really do appreciate it.; ; I do love the game and I always will support a game that I love but if they wont take my money for it and wont make it easy to get it resolved I can\'t be a paying player anymore.
