Ive had a supscription for the vip for a long time now, it has always updated each month. Now its not doing so, its been 2 days now.;

I know you can use diamonds but i didnt use diamonds, i has a subscribtion of 6.99 a month to renew it. Dont want to use diamonds. I also tried but it says i have to unsubcrib to the other and i dont want to do that. But if the prob is not fixed, i just might.

Same here, my VIP did not automatically renew. Payment history does not reflect the $6.99 for month of November 2015 as it shows in my past history for all other months.

Right, i want the bouns. I want to know why it didnt recharge like it used to do each month. Dont want to use diamonds, i want my vip back and recharged each month. Heck i feel like im getting the run around on this like when i was having other issues with the game. Nothing being done.

My in game wife renews VIP with subscription. So I see where your problem is. I will report this and see what they can do. I know we tell people that they do not let players do it but I also know if you signed up for it before they stopped it then you still receive VIP through subscription. Will update you when I can.
