Dear players,

While GTArcade strives to provide you with the most enjoyable game experiences possible, we are aware that along the way, some bugs and mishaps do happen.

In order to expedite the resolution of your issue, please make sure that whenever you make a support request, you provide us with relevant information depending on your problem type.


Game Issues:
If your problem is in-game related, such as thelost of an item, missing icon, wrong display, or potential malfunction for example, please add the following details at the end or at the beginning of your support request via in-game ticket:

1) Your in-game character name and game ID
2) Your server.
3) Relevant screenshot (if applicable).

Providing us that information will save time for both you and us, as we won’t have to request them from you, and wait for your reply.


Payments Issues:

If you experience any problem related to payment, such as failed recharge, missing diamonds, VIP issues, and others; please provide us the following details via in-game ticket:

1) Your in-game character name and game ID
2) Your server.
3) Payment method used (PayPal, Ultimate Pay, Trial Pay, MOL, etc).
4) Your transaction ID.
5) Screenshot of your billing as it appears in your game account

With those information in hand, we’ll be able to check your problem (and possibly resolve it) much faster.

Resolution Time:

Please understand that the support service is not operational 24/7 and that moderators have set time schedule in which we are allowed to provide support online.Therefore if you do not get an immediate response from us, it doesn’t mean thatwe don’t care about you or your problem.

Also, please be aware that while we do our best as moderators to help you, our ability in this matter is limited to sharing our existing knowledge to help you resolve your problem, or forwarding the details of it for technical matters to the Development Team.

The Development Team will do their best to try solving your problems usually within 48 hours time, so please be patient; meanwhile we (moderators) will do our best to keep you updated about the evolution of your case.

As such, it’s also strongly recommended to not post multiple threads of the same issue, as it only increases the moderator’s workload, and slows down the handling of the problems at hand.

Thank you very much for your patience, understanding and cooperation!

After today’s update I can't come into the game. It is loaded, after login shows me "real-time duel" and aborts(

  • у меня тоже после последнего обновления стали происходить глюки,сначала игра вылетала при заходе на свой сервер,а после переустановки игры вообще перс пропал (началась загрузка с нуля,как будто персонажа и небыло)

The game doesn't work anymore after the latest update. I even reinstalled it and it is still not working.
Even if I logg in again with my account the game starts like I never played it before from the begining?????
I already bought a few packs of Diamonds and got some of the best charakters in that game....

I am on the Server EU-121 and my name is BLVCKHEVRT V.I.P. LVL 5

Read: Devs don't work during the weekend, a well known fact to all LoA players. If your issue happened on friday or saturday, you'll have to wait till monday.

Also, always provide IGN, Server, Game ID and Printscreens. (transaction ID as well if recharge issues)

Completely lost access to my lvl 54 Paradise account after last nights update. Elcadion, server US 126, VIP 4, guild Black Goats. Had account linked via FB. Every time I try starting it starts me at lvl 1 with the tutorial.

Hola buen dia

Estoy presentando problemas para jugar ya que no me permite acceso me sale un error que menciona "fallo la reconexion. Vuelve a iniciar sesion."
mi servidor es el us-210
mi nick es Salvador Mor
cuenta vinculada con facebook
en nivel 72

lo extraño es que si desinstalo el juego y lo vuelvo a instalar funciona. pero al cerrarlo vuelve a presentar la falla y la verdad es molesto estar desinstalando cada que vuelves a entrar..... lo peor es que compre un paquete de diamantes y supongo sera $$$ perdido jejejeje bueno de antemano muchas gracias por la ayuda quedo a sus ordenes

Hello, administration!
My account was VIP9 before last renewal had come. After it, start event "Carnaval" was changed. Some regards was for everyday donations, but after renewal it is for summary donations during the event. Unfortunatly, only donation AFTER renewal reflected in them. But i donated more than 900$ BEFORE. This bug is killing my gameplay.
Hope for your help in this truble.

P.S. Event is ended in few hours. Much hope for help in time.
