Game too difficult with recent changes - new & old characters

I have 2 characters on the go, both on S1 server, CaitlynCDN & Saoirse74.  My 135 main CaitlynCDN is at 735454 BR and struggling to get infinity gear and my 102 is at 257427 BR and is struggling to get immorality gear and has barely passed Moonlight Forest when it should be on the 100 quests by now.  Even with all the new goodies added, it's still a struggle and I'm unable to have a credit card due to a $35k debt.  I like the original difficulties.  If you're going to make something tougher, make it the World Boss, something that doesn't affect the advancement of the characters, especially anything gear related.

The sad truth is fact, that game developers and rest of game stuff team are watching only on facebook posts and comments.
This forum and our posts ARE IGNORED by them and nobody from the forum administration should try to deny it.
If it would be otherwsie, all updates would look completely different.

seen this coming from the point they posted the notes on making elites stages stronger. The devs do not know what is balance by making the elites stages harder they are effectively chasing away all new players because they cant even clear elite stages to get new arma which help them with doing other pve stuff. elites stages were crazy already at higher levels and yet the buff they even more.

i basically gave up on getting infinity sets and just burn all my branches which i get from tree to get augment stones cause no point in making infinity weps when they do not offer more br heck the 6th gems slot need topaz to unlock so no point in wasting branches on making infinity weps when clearly augment stone give more br and more useful combat stats. now the problems is when i make all my weps 1 star cause theer is no fast way to get augment stone II. Newer players cant even make all their weps to 1 star cause they will prolly get stuck at tree at some point as 1) they cant get enuf atk 2) cant get the right arma and 3) there is no fast way to increase atk/stats as most pve stuff are too hard.

Lots of players will get stuck and slowly leave the game because it is a super slow grind to increase br and progress. New players will get stuck even more as they do not have the arma to clear stuff. The Balance team really messed up i do not know why the patch got tru when they did not do enuf testing on s0. i know the new feature will give more br but the br we get is just fluffy wool which is just for show. We dont get meaningful stats from the new update.

The devs really need to do something before they start losing new players heck i think they already loss a bunch of players whe they did the arma nerf and tree/realm "buff". Clearly the balance team do not know what they are doing and they really need to do more testing before implementing such a patch. S0 is there fore a reason testing. this game feels worse than an alpha stage game in terms of balance. The devs better get their act together ASAP if not this game would be in more deep poo.

I agree and it directly affects F2p more than anyone else. Let's be real for a moment, you might have cashers on every server but your f2p players are the core of the game and make up the majority of the population. I own several vip9 or so accounts across multiple servers so I am not one. ( For the flamers incoming) I have watched the population of the newer servers leave much more quickly than they were from s1- s4. Guilds are barely half full and the inactive list grows every day. Making this content so time intensive is making players quit due to them feeling like they accomplish nothing. Who cares about empower when your still stuck on a realm or tree level for weeks and can't upgrae your gear. Which is what I hear from most f2p players. If your f2p players leave the game your cashers including myself will follow because the truth is noone wants to play alone on a dead server. Just my 2 cents worth take or leave it.

Edit: Making current content much more difficult instead of adding new content is a horrible idea.Still missing several heroes Athena, Moira etc . Still missing almost half of the armas? Are you trying to slow us down becuase you can't add content fast enough?

I've been stuck on stage 17 last attempt to advance to stage 18. My br is 1315459 at llvl 160 with arm at my lvl and maxed skilled and can't seem to pass it even with one star. My character is at stage 25 waiting for me to catch up on the elite stages. Its been like this since upgrade to the tree and realms, how high do you have to be to get pass this stage or what what kind of strategy should I use?

Completing the 7 day event for wings is also impossible. Wasn't it not to long ago it was adjusted making it easier for f2p to get rewards? Shouldn't this have been taken into account and adjusted before massively increasing the game difficulty?

Hello everyone, no one is ignoring anyone. In fact your arguments in here and facts that all of you have stated were forwarded directly to show the "feeling" the players have on the the latest Update.
We do appreciate you feedback and we are here to inform the devs of how their players react to the changes. Your feedback is very important, the most important (at least from my point of view) as the game is for you. We will do everything we can to relate and explain your thoughts to the LOA3 Team and try and get a better result that will make everyone happier.

I so totally agree with all the posts about game difficulty. You are all so right. I did enjoy playing the game, up until these changes were made. I spend a bunch to develop my party, but no more money from this player. It's funny that not one mod has answered or commented on any of your posts. So much for listening or caring about players.

Agreed, I used to run a guild with 35 active members, it dropped down to FIVE active and I was forced to change guilds.  Not everyone is a "wallet warrior" as we used to call them on Lineage 2, another credit card dependent game.

And you didn't try with a new char.
Just for the fun, i tried to create a char on s8, actually, my char lvl72 with over 90k br (vip0) and i'm totally unable to pass elite lightning crater (chapter 2 last elite stage) so, i'm totally unable to have the dreamfall meteor arma which is in the last stage of the chapter 3. Thanks to the last update where they modify elite stages... it's totally stupid.
Soon, new player will need over 500k br to have the Ray of Lugh and over 1M br to farm the Ode... rofl.

@flagnag76 1m br won't be high enough to farm ode.

I wonder why they released empower and instead of making use of castle raid bs, they put all the materials in elite dungeons. Then they made elites harder than tree because empower should make us stronger.

unless they multiply empower stats by 20 i don't even see how empower will help anyone farm elites.
sucks for new players, they can't even make use of empower.
