you need in game moderators to monitor stuff.  its not our jobs to babysit and your block system fails.  let alone when its reported it takes a day to get anything done, and they only silence for 2 days just for a person to return and start doing it again.  and when other immature players see it, it says to them its ok.  so they start doing it.  I have reported a person on s5 3 times myself for talking about killing themselves and cutting and wanting to be raped.  after they tell the server that they are 11 years old.  I have done screen shots with the clock on taskbar showing the time and date of occurance.  2 days later the person comes back and does it again.  and again, and again.  you are losing your potential cash players to this.  you need to have mods on the servers to see this and stop it as soon as it starts.  many people are paying for it.  vip, recharge etc. you cannot tell me that its all going to the game itself.  and I know that mods get payed in gems and scrolls, so it costs the company nothing.  put them in please
