just started an ALt on 299 and was placed as Duke while AFK...I do not have control access to modify admission to the alliance. How can I regain control of alliance functions?

Hi Leo Lee_3906,
As Duke, you would have access to change the Alliance Permissions and other settings, as noted in the screenshot. If you have been away from the game for a few days and another player automatically became Duke, you would need to reach out to that player to become Duke again or have him/her change the Alliance Permissions.
