hi ..

i vote for sunny there...he might not be as popular as the others above i know hes a great help..hes kinda doin some mods task but very limited but i and i know others  knows that too...active  calm knowledgeable helpful i -i see him sort of xdane way of responding to our colleagues -but xdane is way too great-this man has his own way...hope u consider him --he can do great help ----all of them can be a great help even more----can u gys hire them all? heheheheh....all u guys who apply thanks all for the help and makin this game still worth playin...hope oll u guys get hired since theres new rule flandre mentioned ...may the luck be with yall

I believe that being a good mod is more to do with customer service than just knowing every nook and cranny of the game. Obviously, a solid understanding of the game is a must, but helping the players is what the job is about. Having timely responses to questions/concerns is #1. No, this doesn't mean that responding in under 3 minutes to a new post is feasible, but it does mean that when you are online and working, you are spending that time going through the posts and responding to them in kind. Giving answers that you can, asking for additional information that is needed to help answer or resolve an issue, and letting them know that their problems have been forwarded up the line when you are personally unable to help is key. I also believe that follow-up is just as important. After an issue has been reported, taking it upon yourself to check into it to see if it has been resolved, and then passing that information back to the player shows that you are working with them, and let's them know that they and their issue are important.

I have been playing KF for over 1 1/2 years. I have been the alliance leader for my alliance since last September. When our server had people leaving en mass, I started reaching out to all the active players left and offered them a spot in our alliance (which was the highest level with the most upgrades) so that everyone could benefit together until we finally get a server merge. I was a guild leader in my EverQuest days for 6 years. I am on the game and forums every day. As a stay at home dad that goes to school online, I am at the computer most days for 20 hours, since school work is often done when the kids go to sleep. On any given day, I am on KF for at least 12 hours, often just chatting with alliance members and helping them grow. From a work perspective, I have over 10 years of direct customer service experience. Oh, and yes: I have Skype.

After some period of waiting we decided to recruit Skelator as a trial mod.


I temporaly close this thread until i have more info with the devs.
