Do the DEVS think we are idiots????

We have to make SS  1 milion times a day? for every thing we upgrade???
A good modern system makes back ups all the time.
And a good writing script does not make these mistakes.
And enough server space does not make these glitches.

So  spend a bit more of our money on this and you damm devs would even save money because you dont need people to compensate the players all the time.

Arngrim, Watch your tone please remember who pays your wages. That said i agree with you in principle yes and understand why this measure has been taken and maybe honest players are just as furious as you are about this issue.

if u leave in house, and its has security cameras, and somehow somebody stole anything, who operates the cameras wont say "do u have any screenshot about the item lost, before it was robbed? yeah i could watch the film on the cameras but then i have to roll it back, and its not fun" or something like that... i hope u find out who are u in this little story

this is ur fcking work isnt it? watch the datas and find out the truth about our problems, so instead of crying and fcking up our mind, just do the work u should do

freyafm/ sorry if my post sounded harsh (I know, I meant to sound vitriolic) - I know you've been a helpful FM and you probably helped me out in the past that I was grateful for - but that's just how frustrated I felt after reading your and Arngrim's posts in this thread. You probably thought it was the best compromise that could be made under the circ umstances - but to me, it's like a bank asking its customers to make sure the vault (under bank's care) is safely locked every time and keep photos as evidence, because if something goes wrong and the customers' belongings go missing, the bank won't compensate you unless you provide those photos.

Players here are customers using GTA's services - why should they have to bear the responsiblity of something they don't even have any control over just because the service provider isn't doing enough? Is it a player's fault if game glitches and his stuff go missing? I don't get it, I thought this should be common sense. As much as my post may have hurt you, I'm just as disappointed and baffled that you of all of mods (I don't know who Arngrim is or what he's like) have taken this stance, basically absolving GTA of any blame for game glitches if there aren't any screenshots. I don't care if there's only 1 person doing the troubleshooting - you as a mod and player never should've allowed this kind of thread to be made in the first place, if you couldn't pressure the devs to hire more ppl to deal with this sort of issues.

(PS: This word censoring is a fail too, took 10 minutes to enter this post because it contained a banned word, which turned out to be cir C U M stances, meh)

  • I'll just answer you 1 question.... Arngrim is the person who spends her free hours and weekends working to solve issues for the players because she cares that much. She is the one who made me to still stay here. She is the one who gave me hope that things can change if we have all the right facts for the devs. Things are more difficult that you can every imagine.
    Let me ask you a question...do you like the reward that are given lately in forum events? That is all her.
    It hurts me to see players creating fake allegations about the 1 person that is actually sacrificing everything for the players...and in here I'm talking about her real job, her free time with no extra money paid. She does this because she truly wants to help..she is a genuine one and a keeper.

  • I don't really care about how players talk to me, I'm used to be talked that way ... I am a player myself and having this FM job 10x my frustrations for this game. Everything that was posted in this thread is something that devs always ask when we report to them. It's not something that we came up with. They even ask for ss of impossible things that would be impossible to get. I can't say more than that, I am sorry. But believe me...what you feel right now, it's 10x more stressful for us.

  • great analogy using the bank. I don't think anyone responding here is bashing the mods work. the problem is the devs. they want us to abide to the rules of the game but if a large casher is caught cheating they let it slide to get the money. if a player finds a glitch in there coding (because they didn't test it first) they punish all honest players. most of us have a life AND work for a living so that we can buy a few diamonds now and then, to stay competive in this game takes a lot of our time by taking a screenshot of every move is to time consuming, plus they can look it up anyway. THE DEVS NEED TO UPHOLD THERE END OF THERE CONTRACT

  • If that is the case, some players have spent ten thousand or more, they should just take the dev's to court and try to get their money back, they are lacking in quite a few area's and support is 1 area that is supposed to help players out, but lately it seems support is just blaming the entire playerbase for failures on the gtarcade team that is supposed to have all game related issues solved before releasing new content.

    If they can't manage their own game, why doesn't anyone who spent a few thousand or whatever just take them to court, at least this way you will have the chance to get a portion of your money back possibly.

THIS IS JUST SIMPLE!!! IMPROVE YOUR GAME TO BE FAIR TO ALL THE PLAYERS SPECIALLY THOSE PEOPLE WHO SPENT REAL MONEY.

DON'T MAKE IT TOO HARD FOR THE PLAYERS AND THE CONDITIONS THAT YOUR GIVING IS REALLY UNFAIR AND NONESENSE!!! IF YOUR GAME IS WORKING PERFECTLY WHICH NEVER HAPPENED SINCE LOA 1 BIRTH PLAYERS WILL NOT SUFFER LOOSING SOMETHING!!!

INSTEAD OF ASKING US TO TAKE SCREENSHOT, WHY DON'T YOU FIX AND IMPROVE YOUR GAME!!!

so ok ok here is the deal loa makes compensation for scamers and for normal players there is nothing how is that fair ?? how can players get compensation for lies and normal players just get ZERO .. i won one event on forum and i didn't received my REWARD ????????????????? so this is how good is your support this is how good are forum moderators and game moderators if i could buy your company i would fire whole loa team and take new one who can handle the things coz i guess people have reasons to complain about the game and as long as you guys from loa don't take any actions you will lose players and probably money BEST THING that loa can do is shutdown the game for 2 3 weeks or 1 month then fix everything every complaining every report everything and start from ZERO with no problems hire some new creative personal
+ increase demonic war bosses HP and remove this respawn CD its ridiculous 11 sec to wait for 1 BOSS and he dies of 1 2 hits .... + gauntlet problem ofc no one cares people from EU have problems gauntlet starts from 23:30 and finish 24:00 and people have to work in the morning how can we play this game make it at least like demonic war SO WE CAN CHOOSE OUR GAUNTLET TIME but ofc i made suggestions about that like 50 times AND YOUR "FRIENDLY LOA PERSONAL" DOESN'T GIVE A SHEIT about those problems RIGHT ?? coz you obvs do not care about your players AT ALL PEACE LOA PEACE

freyafm i respect you, you are 1 of active mods here & you help me solve few issues here & not anytime my claims was bogus this time i m struck with amulet bug, its been 4 days my fq's lost its amulet as you can understand fq gonna have prolly biggest amulet in ur party i had lege eudemon ring with reincarnation lvl 8 enabled & it was lvl 66 on it but now support asking for ss, i wanna ask you seriously who takes the ss every now & then, we all belong to working class, loa takes time we play 2hours & logoff.i m playing this game for 2 years now & i m constantly at top 3 in my local com & top 50 in cross com if you guyz cant belive i have that amulet how can i prove it, i told ur fellow mods in other post on suppport forum to check my account i dont have that same amulet on my account period thats the only lege eud ring i had & only 1 big inscription to make lvl 8 reincarnation, i dont need dias, my account is stuffed with it you can check all i need what i lost & what i worked for, atleast that much support can do for 2 yr old player
