Protectors - Extend system

Will be nice to have the protector system extend to cover all the aliance members.
Any aliance member could protect any other player and not limited by the protector rule.

To exapnd on this suggestion:
-alliance upgreids one of which is the said alliance protector
1-5 tiers starting from
1 - cover 20 random members only for alliance leader
2 - cover 40 random members only for alliance leader
3 may expand the rights to the oficial
4 may expand the rights to the marquis
...
5 - cover the whole alliance

Upgreids take time and food, stone, iron, wood, gold...
Protection time is bought from special alliance shop with alliance contribution 1- 8 hrs
